For itineraries longer than 14 days, a nominal planning fee applies; the amount will be discussed and agreed upon before you book your reservations. A nominal fee also applies to bookings of more than eight rooms; this fee will likewise be outlined before booking. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to supplier timelines, which may sometimes take several weeks. I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations and associated costs. CHANGES BY CLIENT Request for changes (e.g., dates, names, accommodations) must be submitted in writing. Change fees may apply and are subject to the supplier's policies. Not all changes can be guaranteed, especially close to the date of travel.
