Hello
Welcome to Sweet Serenity Travel! When you book with us, you’re agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. These guidelines are designed to keep your travel planning experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free. We encourage you to read them carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
The Nitty Gritty - Terms & Conditions
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
-
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, as specified at the time of booking.
-
Final payment deadlines vary by supplier and will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
-
Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any paid amounts.
-
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
-
Cancellation policies vary by supplier (e.g., cruise lines, resorts, tour operators) and will be provided at the time of booking.
-
Sweet Serenity Travel does not charge a planning fee for itineraries of 14 days or fewer. For itineraries longer than 14 days, a nominal planning fee applies; the amount will be discussed and agreed upon before you book your reservations. A nominal fee also applies to bookings of more than eight rooms; this fee will likewise be outlined before booking.
-
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to supplier timelines, which may sometimes take several weeks.
-
I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations and associated costs.

CHANGES BY CLIENT
-
Request for changes (e.g., dates, names, accommodations) must be submitted in writing.
-
Change fees may apply and are subject to the supplier's policies.
-
Not all changes can be guaranteed, especially close to the date of travel.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
-
Sweet Serenity Travel reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries or services due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate with you immediately.
-
In the rare event of a significant change (e.g., supplier cancellation), we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or a refund, as per supplier policies.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & INSURANCE
-
It is the client's responsibility to ensure all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
-
Sweet Serenity Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
-
Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required by some suppliers. We are happy to assist in securing a policy that fits your needs.

LIABILITY
-
Sweet Serenity Travel acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for acts, omissions, or errors of third-party providers.
-
Sweet Serenity Travel is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, delays, or other losses resulting from acts of God, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
-
Clients agree to release Sweet Serenity Travel from liability for any such occurrences.

COMPLAINTS
-
If you experience an issue during your trip, please notify the supplier immediately to allow them the opportunity to resolve it.
-
Additionally, please inform Sweet Serenity Travel as soon as possible so we can assist where appropriate.
-
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your return.
