For adventures that last more than 14 days, or for group bookings of eight rooms or more, a small planning fee may apply. The key is transparency: I’ll always let you know about any fee up front, before we even begin the planning process, so you can decide with full clarity. We’ll talk it through together, and you’ll know exactly what to expect long before you confirm your reservation. No surprises, no guesswork, just honesty, simplicity, and peace of mind.

For itineraries longer than 14 days or group bookings of more than eight rooms, the planning and logistics require more time and attention than standard commissions cover. In those situations, a small planning fee may apply.
